The LOA "Pre-Flight" Client Checklist:
For Business Start-Up Packages ($150 March Special):
• Desired Business Name: Have 2–3 options in case your first choice is already taken in the state registry.
• Business Address: The physical location or P.O. Box you want associated with your legal filings.
• Owner Identification: A clear copy of your Driver’s License and Social Security Number (required for IRS EIN filings).
• Nature of Business: A brief 1-sentence description of what your business does (e.g., "Residential Landscaping" or "Mobile Notary").
For Bookkeeping & Financial Services:
•Access to QuickBooks: If you have an existing account, have your login or "Accountant Invite" ready.
• Last 3 Months of Bank Statements: For all business checking, savings, and credit card accounts.
• List of Recurring Monthly Expenses: (Rent, software subscriptions, insurance premiums, etc.).
• Tax Records: Your most recently filed business tax return (if applicable).
For Revenue Recovery (Collections):
• Outstanding Invoices: Copies of the unpaid invoices, including the original date and amount due.
• Customer Contact Info: Name, phone number, and last known address for the account in question.
• Communication Log: Any notes, pictures, texts, or emails regarding previous attempts to collect.
